One last hurrah for Michigan summer. 🌶️

Meet our new Sugar Rush Peach Chili Pepper bar!

This is the time of year when Michigan is lush with local produce, and these Sugar Rush Peach peppers from Sideoats Farm felt like the perfect way to capture that late-summer moment.

We paired them with our 68% India dark chocolate. The peppers are naturally sweet and fruity, with notes of citrus, apricot and peach, followed by a gentle heat that slowly builds.

Cacao grown in India. Peppers grown here in Michigan. Two harvests coming together at exactly the right time.

We’ve had requests for truffles, so we made a special batch this week!

Cherry truffles are here, available in packs of four. 🍒

Bright cherry and almond come together in a soft, cakey filling reminiscent of cherry marzipan, then dipped in our Dominican Republic 68% dark chocolate.

Made in small batches. When they’re here, they’re here. When they’re gone, you’ll have to catch the next batch. 😉
