My thoughts on prices...
My prices are reasonable because I don't have the overhead and expenses that other bakeries do. I'm not cake boss people! I can usually work with those on a tight budget. Compare my prices with other cake designers in the area.
Cakes are delivered fresh, usually having been baked within 24 hours. The same goes with fillings and icing. My prices start with white cake and vanilla frosting.
I've never cancelled an order or delivered the wrong cake I generally call the customer within 24 hours of delivery to make sure they were happy. I've made many good friends through this business.
When it comes to weddings, grad parties and such, I do tell my clients to tell me a week in advance.
