It's been a while.....around 5 month's! A 1 hour. Practice today with the Martin @ 20 yards. This was my best group with 3 different arrows in 3 different spines, 5575 (compound) 500 and 330.

Today I had Alexis Conway using a Trad Recurve bow around 10 yards. She did very well and was able to practice a double extended session from 10: 00 am till 2:00 pm with a few recess between actual shooting. Great practice Alexis!

Today I had the pleasure to teach this beautiful family, The Romero's from East Orlando. Bryan (Dad) & Maria (daughter)
started with the group last Saturday. Today Lady (mom) and the rest of the kids joined for a lot of learning and fun. This are amazing people, full of energy and staying together as one strong traditional family.

Sofía.....mi sobrina y una de mis estudiantes de arquería en Puerto Rico ( por cierto está bien dura tirando) vive en Houston Texas y nos vino a visitar por una semanita. Bajo un calor de 102° F y una humedad ridícula, manejo perfectamente su rutina. Buena práctica hoy FOFI.
Por otro lado Natalia o "Natalita" como le decimos de cariño
Estuvo usando el recurvo de Sofia....un Samick de 62" y 35 lbs. y lo manejaba como si fuera de 15 lbs. Que conste que Natalia apenas tiene 10 años y tiró súper bien.

Sofía......my niece and one of my TRAD student in Puerto Rico (BTW she's an excellent shooter) she lives in Houston Texas and came to visit for a week. Under 102° F and a ridiculous humidity she perfectly managed her routine. Very nice practice today FOFI.

Next to Sofi was her sister Natalia or "Natalita" as we call her, she used Sofia's bow....a Samick Polaris, recurve....62" and 35 lbs. She handle it like if it was a 15 lbs bow. Just for the record Natalita is only 10 years old and she did excellent today.
