✓ Is there an outlet version of what I want?
✓ Can I get it delivered and set up?

Most people walk into a showroom confused and leave with whatever the salesperson pushes.

I do it differently:
• Assess what you actually need
• Show you all your options (retail + outlet)
• Direct you to try them at your nearest showroom
• Handle everything virtually

I remember my first day at Mattress Firm.

I was excited to try every mattress. Then the training started - 200 hours before I could even help a customer. I learned there's a LOT more to mattresses than I ever knew.

Words I'd never heard. Materials. Coil counts. Technical specs.

My first solo customer? I was nervous. "Please don't ask about the complicated stuff," I thought.

But I was genuinely excited to help. And I never forgot that feeling.

So here's how I approach every customer:

I ask a lot of questions. I'm naturally curious. I want to understand YOUR problem, not just sell you a mattress.

Once I understand what you need? That's when I get creative. That's the fun part.

How do I package the right solution? How do I save you money? How do I coordinate everything perfectly? How do I hunt down inventory nobody knew existed?

I love solving that puzzle.

And I don't just work at Mattress Firm. On my days off, I'm visiting competitors. Trying mattresses we don't have on the floor. Researching online. Calling other stores. Asking the tough questions.

Why? Because I want to give you real recommendations based on everything I know - not just what's in my showroom.

I've dealt with warranties, complaints, problems. I know what questions to ask. I prevent issues before they happen. I make sure you don't spend money on things you don't need - and that you DO get things you didn't know you needed.

I do this because I love it. Because I hate how confusing the mattress market is. Because I want to make it simple for you.

My goal isn't just to sell you a mattress. It's to give you all the right information so YOU can make the best decision.
