Behind the Scenes with AdventHealth at the Buccaneer Training Center 🏈🏥

We love a good design challenge, especially when it comes to large-scale, functional transformations! We spent some time at the Buccaneer Training Center, working alongside AdventHealth to turn a massive open space into a fully functional medical assessment layout.
Using 1,000 linear feet of professional pipe and drape, our team built a custom, structured floor plan from scratch. The setup seamlessly divided the venue into 10 private EKG rooms and 20 individual physical exam rooms, ensuring privacy, flow, and efficiency for everyone on-site.

A Roaring Night at Walker Middle School! 🥂✨
We took a trip back to the Roaring Twenties for the Walker Middle School 8th Grade Dance! It was an absolute blast transforming the school cafeteria into a glitzy, glamorous Gatsby Ballroom.

The students stepped into a world of gold and feathers, starting with our gold foil aisle runner that led them into a space filled with ostrich feather centerpieces and a custom Gatsby backdrop. With the help of full event lighting, the cafeteria was completely unrecognizable—turning a school space into a high-end celebration for the Class of 2026!

There is nothing quite like a “Before & After” to show how the right rentals can completely redefine a room! We headed to the St. Pete Yacht Club to take this space from a blank canvas to a sleek, cohesive event environment.

By using navy spandex drape and matching navy spandex high-top linens, we created a seamless, modern look that perfectly complements the nautical elegance of the club. The “After” speaks for itself—clean lines, bold color, and a sophisticated vibe for the evening’s guests.

We recently had the pleasure of helping celebrate a new arrival at the Seminole Heights Garden Center. The setting was absolute garden-party perfection, featuring one of our favorite specialty looks: French Toile in Dusty Rose.
The delicate pattern of the linens paired beautifully with the lush surroundings, creating a soft, vintage-inspired atmosphere that was perfect for a baby shower. The vision was truly brought to life with the stunning floral centerpieces by Brides N Blooms, which complemented the dusty rose tones flawlessly! 🌷

We took a trip to the frontier for the Tampa Pinnacle Academy Gala! Held at the historic Orlo, we blended rustic charm with gala-ready sophistication. The space was transformed into a high-end ranch experience, featuring everything from our oak dance floor to authentic wine barrel bars.

The combination of farm tables and wood cross-back chairs brought a warm, communal feel to the evening, while the pallet wall, wagon wheels, and Stetsons rounded out the perfect Western-inspired aesthetic.
