For the Tony Gwynn & Cal Ripken Jr. Lifetime Achievement Award, the 1984 Olympic Baseball envelope with the JSA Letter, Stephen Strasburg's MLB Debut with Ivan Rodriguez, and a few others, only one envelope has been found in Kentucky to add to the website.

A few of the newer items are not eligible for the discount. The way to tell will be if the price ends in a number other than 00 or 95 cents. These items include the Steve Pearce autographs on the 2018 World Series.

Again, we are still committed to fulfilling all orders. An announcement will be made as soon as the printer gives us a solid date for delivery. Not all projects are pictured here.

We have also been ordering a few autographs here and there in the last eight months. I personally will not ask for another dime of deposit money until the silk printing is finished. So once the silks are in hand, we will officially offer the new releases.

Everything came out ok in our unit. No water intrusion. Now we need to unwrap all of the Gateway stuff and get back to work.

Found out that the builder of the complex is in prison for fraud. That might explain the styrofoam bricks in the debris after all six floors of the garage facade came down around 11:30 last night. The dollar store styrofoam board and gorilla tape on our windows did great.

10 mph winds w/ 21 mph wind gusts and some rain. National news outlets are only reporting worst case scenarios. As long as the south eye wall stays south, our building will be ok.

I noticed the irony while writing yesterday’s newsletter that we were offering Eric Milton’s 1999 No Hitter while prepping for Hurricane Milton.
After sending it, I realized the potential issues with the other two offerings. Ronde Barber and Steve Pearce both live in Tampa. Fingers crossed.

For those following along, the home Gateway office is 28 feet above sea level. The bottom of the windows is 32 feet, which faces to the west.
The worst case would be if we were within 20 miles of the south eyewall and the west wind.
For anything south of us, we have 100-250 feet of condo building, parking structure, and stairwell reinforcing our other three walls.
We are shipping as much as we can tonight so we can pack up and waterproof our inventory tomorrow.

I found some unidentified autographs while moving Gateway from Kentucky to Tampa. Any idea who this is? The envelope is postmarked for Fernando Valenzuela's no hitter, but I could not find any names on the LA or STL rosters to match up. These autographs could have also been obtained in error (perhaps the reason they were left unprinted).

Better late than never. The 2017 World Series will finally be ready in the next week or so, along with the next newsletter. The last few games of 2017 are at the text printer now.
