Hey sis, are you looking for some healthy meal inspiration? 🍴 Here’s a delicious
menu for a day that’s both nutritious and satisfying:

**Breakfast:**
Start your day strong with a **Spinach and Mushroom Omelette** made with egg whites, fresh spinach, and mushrooms. Pair it with a slice of whole-grain toast and some juicy berries on the side. Or try a poached egg and avocado toast.

**Morning Snack:**
Keep your energy up with a small bowl of **Greek Yogurt topped with Honey and Almonds**. It’s creamy, crunchy, and just the right amount of sweet! I usually add granola instead of almonds. It's delish!!☺️

**Lunch:**
For lunch, enjoy a filling **Grilled Chicken Salad** with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, shredded carrots, and avocado. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing. If you're ***Pescatarian substitute grilled shrimp for chicken!!

**Afternoon Snack:**
Need a pick-me-up?
Grab some **Apple Slices with Almond Butter**. It’s the perfect blend of sweet and savory.

**Dinner:**
End the day with a flavorful **Baked Salmon** paired with roasted Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and asparagus. I usually skip the brussel sprouts and have extra sweet potatoes. Don't like fish? Substitute fish with baked chicken breast.

**Evening Snack:**
Treat yourself to a little something- something😉, with a piece of **Dark Chocolate** and a handful of mixed nuts. I prefer almonds.

Increase your water intake, take a 30 minute walk, replace your regular snacks with healthier options, 30 minutes less of screen time, bake instead of frying your proteins.
