Hey sis, are you looking for some healthy meal inspiration? 🍴 Here’s a delicious
menu for a day that’s both nutritious and satisfying:
**Breakfast:**
Start your day strong with a **Spinach and Mushroom Omelette** made with egg whites, fresh spinach, and mushrooms. Pair it with a slice of whole-grain toast and some juicy berries on the side. Or try a poached egg and avocado toast.
**Morning Snack:**
Keep your energy up with a small bowl of **Greek Yogurt topped with Honey and Almonds**. It’s creamy, crunchy, and just the right amount of sweet! I usually add granola instead of almonds. It's delish!!☺️
**Lunch:**
