Hey beautiful people! Sorry for the recent pause in posts, I recently came back from a wonderful vacation in my homeland of Trinidad and Tobago☀️

Most of my vacations are filled with exploring, adventures and an itinerary in hand… with the mentality of not wanting to “waste” a minute and “getting my money’s worth”. I was very burnt out before this trip and I truly took 10 days to relax and be PRESENT. I, like a lot of people, think a lot about the past and future but have a hard time staying present (except when I’m creating sage bundles for you!). I intentionally took my very first RELAXING vacation, not worrying about the clock, not being mad at myself for sleeping-in, not fretting about what activity I was doing that day, not feeling guilty about being “unproductive”…no, I let it all go. For the first time I allowed myself to just be, do whatever I wanted at whatever time, spending idyllic moments in full awareness and breathing in the beauty that surrounded me. This allowed me to realign myself in all aspects and re-energize to emerge into normal daily life with true happiness and love of myself and my journey.

Take the time for you! Be present and relax…it’s not a bad thing to slow down and be at peace. This is part of self-care and self-love ♥️
