Don't know why I have to post this but I will. First of all my hours are Wednesday to Saturday 12 to 5 if you come to my store before those hours or on any other day I am closed. I am closed Sunday to Tuesday. Barring any family doctors appointments or emergency. I do make exceptions if someone is picking up a custom order on days I am closed.
I am always told that since I am a business owner I need to watch what I say well I am over it. The emails and the messages of people being mad and pi**ed because I am closed can stop. I own the business I do this so I can be close to my kids being I have 5 with special needs and I need to be there. People telling me how mad they are because I am not open sounds like a them problem not mine. GOOGLE the hours look on facebook its not hard. Getting mad and telling me is not going to change anything last time I checked no one but me invested in my business and I try to do alot for the community with free baskets on Halloween for kids with disabilities and 15 dollar fill a bag every year for Christmas. I fund all these I loose money on these and still I get a mouth full on peoples opinions and the insults I get from people in emails and messages which I cant repeat on here is crazy.
People that don't even come or ever been to my store leaving horrible reviews or comments Just so everyone knows I know who leaves them I was just being a bigger and better person by just ignoring them all together because the people that do come to my store or order custom items are all repeat customers and they know my work ethics and customer service I provide. I understand it takes me awhile sometimes weeks to get projects done but they understand I am a one man show with a long list of projects I am busy everyday. So like my mom used to tell me IF YOU HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY THEN SAY NOTHING AT ALL!!!!
You have to also keep in mind I design everything in my store from scratch these are all my designs one of a kind so yes it takes me awhile to fill my store I take pride in my work and pride in not selling someone else's work understand when you buy something from my store it was designed by me and no one else. Designing takes time and skill and focus. So again please be a bit more understanding when complaining that you don't like my store hours and I should change them. If you feel so hurt come buy my business and make your own store hours.
