On March 7th, 2024 the Florida Senate unanimously passed bill SB 1698 that will effectively raise the cap limits on products per packaging & per serving. This bill makes D8, D9, D10, HHC, THCA, THCP, and THCV illegal in the state of Florida.

It still needs to be reviewed and a signature from Ron DeSantis for approval so we have one last chance to stop it. Want to help?
