Simple and delicious...my kind of dinner.

Here's the details:

🐟 Fish Filets, pan fried (I used snapper, but any fish would work!)
🍅 Fresh cherry tomatoes, basil & onions
🧅 Sauté until tomatoes burst open
🧂 Season to taste with salt & pepper
🌿 Sprinkle tomato mixture over fish and sprinkle with feta cheese
🔥 Broil for a minute until feta melts slightly
🍽️ Enjoy!

Sharing my love of the garden with my grandchildren is one of my favorite things! It will be so fun for them to watch the vegetables grow and eat them!

Orchids, sunsets, and a little time to slow down...I’m always looking for inspiration in the natural world… and the Bahamas did not disappoint.

Last week, I had the absolute pleasure of hosting an orchid arranging workshop at the Red Lion Gift Shop in Jacksonville—and what a special day it was.

A wonderful group of ladies gathered, and each arrangement turned out completely unique and so beautiful… just like the hands that created them.

I always hope you leave with something lovely, but even more than that, I hope you walk away with a little confidence and knowledge to keep creating at home. 💚
