One of my longest standing clients recently got married at the dreeeaaamiest little farm in Lacey and I had the honor of making the dessert spread!!
My client requested a two-tier lemon 🍋 cake with fresh blueberries 🫐, lemon creme filling, and classic vanilla Swiss Meringue buttercream (everything vegan of course 💚). Table accompaniments are my Dutch Apple Pie and a new one!: Mexican Wedding Cookies (with a request for a dozen to be set aside for the couple to take with them on their honeymoon!) 😋
I’ve done quite a few weddings so far but this was my first tiered cake! A challenge but one I was excited to take on because this client makes me feel like Super Baker! 😂🥰
