We've got out head in the clouds with this one!! We've got Cloud Cap from Cascadia Creamery in ☁️ This is probably one of our favorite "taste of place" cheeses. Cloud Cap is a tomme-style cheese from the Cascade mountain region named for the clouds that constantly hover around Mt. Hood. It's citrusy, pine-forward, herbal, and leaves you feeling like you've take a trip to Washington!
