It’s was a fun ride The Butchery & Pop Up at The Butchery opening up the store was both the most challenging and rewarding ventures I have ever embarked upon. At the end of it, my hair is grey and my family is bigger. I will make it a point to thank everyone personally that needs to be thanked!

For our customers thank you 🙏 we still love ❤️ you all! You gave us the opportunity to serve our community by keeping us in business! You allowed me to live my dream, and now I will dream another dream. Bye for now, not forever.

Best of luck to the new business going into our old spot, enjoy the area and all its awesome people as we did! If you’re good to the community they will support you!

The Butchery signed lease in 2016, opened to the public 2017-closed 2023 (storm damage) SOLD all assets and cleared from lease officially closed 2024!

As they say “on to the next one”

Pop up @ the butchery is available for private room events only going forward. As we end a year we end a short run for the “pop up” cooking classes/demos events space we had hoped for. Going forward it will be available as a “private room” a ”room for rent” we have catering/food service available and there is a beer and wine license w/ tasting abilities.
