Introducing Notes from the Turret 🏡📖

After what felt like a million years waiting for the reprint, Kathryn Stockett’s long-awaited second novel is finally back on our shelves!

Called “pure, hell-raising entertainment” by The New York Times, The Calamity Club is a lively historical novel centered on three women and an orphanage-turned-brothel in 1933 Oxford, Mississippi.

We hated having to disappoint so many of you who came into the shop looking for a copy, but good news: we have plenty now! ❤️
