Always flip this basket over before you buy it at the thrift store 👀🧺

Most people miss the most important part of a Longaberger basket… the bottom.

Flip it over to see if you found a handmade Longaberger:
• brand name
• date made
• weaver initials
• basket marks

Made from maple wood. Built to last. Real quality.

These were once the basket everyone wanted. People collected dozens and displayed them proudly.

Comment “Basket” for the crazy Longaberger stories on my YouTube channel.

Wait… what is this thing? 👀

Not a candy dish. (Trust me—those would be gone in seconds… through the holes 😅)

This vintage cast iron compote got a fresh coat of mineral oil and now it’s ready for whatever you want it to be:

• Candle holder for cozy nights
• Small plant stand
• A few lemons (if you’re feeling ambitious 🍋)
• Easter egg display
• Or just let it sit pretty as a statement piece

Some pieces don’t need a label.
They just need a little shine (with food-safe mineral oil) and a spot in your home.

What would you use it for? 👇

Join me at Goodwill in Berwyn, PA — where the deals are good and the people are even better 🤍♻️

Today’s treasure? A gorgeous little German drinking vessel with that emerald green stem and gold banded bowl — total Rhine wine energy. 🍷✨

And the best part? The sweet lady who found the glass explained you can use both sides. Flip it upside down and the base becomes a little cup - or bowl- too. Two ways to serve, one beautiful piece. I love when thrifting turns into a mini history lesson right in the aisle.

The massive painting was up front behind the cash register like it knew it was the main character. Moody arches, dreamy hallway, peacock drama. Early 2000s original artwork and BIG statement energy.

Purse aisle? As usual… Stone Mountain and Rossetti. I literally always find those at thrift stores. 😅

Pro tip:
Look inside for the material tag. That tiny label tells you what the purse is really made of. You may need a magnifying glass — or better eyesight than mine — because when it’s not real leather, they make that print microscopic and dark. If it says genuine leather or lists leather in the materials, you’re good. If it says man-made or PVC… keep moving.

Wardrobe wins though 🙌
• Lauren
• Banana Republic
• Vince Camuto

And shoes! Clark’s Indigo — because I only wear heels that are comfortable. If I can’t thrift in them and ship packages in them, they’re not coming home with me. 👠♻️

That’s thrifting in Berwyn — great deals, great people, and a little upside-down goblet wisdom along the way.
