“Someday” finally showed up.

Pelleteri Waste Systems bought this Wisconsin Dells property a few years back and set it aside for later. Later has arrived.

The plan is dumpster storage. The problem was that nobody had touched the ground since the purchase. Brush took over. Saplings filled in behind it. You couldn't even get a truck past the tree line, let alone turn one around.

So they brought in a CASE TV620B compact track loader with a mulching head and started clearing.

Standing brush went down to ground cover. Row by row, the lot turned back into a site you could actually use.
