Now that all the big game draws are out it's time to make a schedule for salmon season. We will be fishing from August 1st until September 6th for the fall run and possibly fishing the late Fall run if the water is right . We are forecasted to have the biggest return of king salmon since the early 2000s. We will be fishing both the Sacramento and Feather Rivers. Please get your dates into me ASAP as the schedule will fill up quickly with the good news of a big run forecasted. FyI it's a 2 fish limit this year and the Sacramento river will reopen after being closed for 3 years.

What a fantastic opening morning on Eagle Lake lost count of the total number of fish we brought to the boat probably over 40 if I had to guess. Fish are in great shape and so is the lake going to be a great season.
