Surf City Ocean Pier Inc. Topsail Island's first ocean pier, the Surf City Pier, was originally built in 1948. It has been owned and operated by the Lore family since 1973.

ng. We are open from late March to the Sunday after Thanksgiving, including Holidays. (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) Sorry no Alcohol allowed anywhere on the premises. The Surf City Pier comes complete with a large assortment of bait, a fully stocked tackle shop, Rental Equipment, and an assorted collection of t-shirts and souvenirs. While visiting please remember to stop in for one of our famous fresh ground beef burgers, served from, the grill. You can enjoy it while resting in our tranquil outside dining area or out om the pier. Clean Restrooms are provided.
