This is the last week for out Kids’ Crab Contest at Surf City Bait & Tackle! 🦀

Think you’ve got what it takes to catch the biggest blue claw crab? Bring it in and join the fun!

•FREE to Enter
•Open to kids 16 & under

How it works:
🦀 Catch a live, legal-size blue claw crab (4.5” or larger)
•Bring it to Surf City Bait & Tackle during store hours
•The child who caught the crab must be present
•SCBT will measure it and record the entry

The last weekly winner will be contacted next Sunday 8/30

The 72nd Annual LBI Surf Fishing Classic starts next Saturday, August 29th, and runs through November 29th. This legendary event is one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious surf fishing tournaments that offers anglers a shot at over $25,000 in cash and prizes for entering Striped Bass, Bluefish, Fluke, Kingfish, Red Drum, and Weakfish.

Last year, the tournament ran with a modified structure incorporating a shift forward in the starting date as well as the inclusion of Fluke to the targeted species roster. We continue these popular additions to this year's Classic, as well as having anglers able to win multiple daily cash prizes per week and multiple weekly cash prizes throughout the tournament.

Visit our website www.lbisfc.com to register online, $40 for adults and $20 for juniors 17 & under (a 5% convenience fee is added), then go to Fishermans Headquarters, Jingles Bait and Tackle, or Surf City Bait and Tackle to get your numbered badge and tournament hat & sticker.
