Taco casserole was fantastic! Highly recommend as an easy dinner for those busy nights! Can make ahead and be ready when you get home. Add some sour cream and Salsa and you are set!

Side note, can openers are one of those life luxury’s you don’t know you need till you don’t have one 😂
