Dear Valued Customers,
We know these are exciting times with the recent NFA ruling. However, FFLs with an SOT, like PSG Armory, are still bound to follow federal law and ATF requirements, in addition to applicable state and local laws.
There is currently a lot of uncertainty regarding how the recent changes are to be implemented. To put things in perspective, these laws have been in place for more than 90 years—and changed less than 24 hours ago. Needless to say, there isn't exactly a instruction manual for this new situation!
We are actively working to get clarification and ensure that all suppressor, SBR, SBS, and other NFA transfers are handled correctly and legally.
We ask for your patience while we work through these changes. We would rather take the time to get it right than rush and risk getting it wrong. This is for the safety of us all and the security of the business/staff.
