South Carolina Suppressor Laws
Silencers are legal in South Carolina.
The NFA Form 4 Process is not required in South Carolina.

if the ATF does not send in a appeal in by midnight tonight (12am) Bullseye Bill’s Guns and Ammo will sell silencer at 10am tomorrow (August 13, 2026) like normal fi****ms no form 4. This just for silencers! This does not include SBR, SBS!
