I have been sanding these old wooden frames I am going to make into jewelry holders, all afternoon. It is so exciting to see the beautiful wood underneath that uglyl stain they would put on these frames, back in the day. Some of the frames are made from several different types of wood and they a beautiful. No paint for these frames they are too beautiful the way they are. They are made from cedar, redwood, and other woods I am not sure of and no Pine in the bunch.
Can not wait to get my project completed.

I know I have not posted in a long while, but have been busy opening the newest and greatest flea market around, Olde & Nu Treasures. Now, hopefully I will have time to work in my studio.
I have been hard at work this weekend making earring and necklace displays for the wall. They are made from old wooden frames and old wooden windows. Should have them in my booth at Olde & Nu Treasures by the middle of the week. Come do your Christmas shopping and check them out.
