Happy Monday morning!

PRO TIP: When submitting a company logo or graphic for engraving, it's best to provide it in a VECTOR format.

What is vector artwork? You might think of it like a digital stencil made of shapes instead of tiny dots (pixels). No matter how much you zoom in or resize the artwork, the edges stay perfectly sharp.

By contrast, RASTER graphics are made up of collections of pixels. Photos are great examples of raster images; when you zoom in on them, they get blurry and pixelated.

If your file has extension .bmp or .jpg, the artwork will definitely be a raster image.

We can convert most raster artwork into vector format, but that usually adds a bit to the cost and time required to complete your project.

This is one of the most common questions we're asked when it comes to setting up artwork. I hope it helps you!

It's hard to believe, but our baby boy turned 18 years old today!

Affectionately named "Big Poppy" (hat tip to Pastor Joel Tiemeyer for that!), this Epilog laser engraver has been an absolute BEAST for us.

This machine has engraved countless THOUSANDS of awards and other items over the years. In fact, if you have ever received an award from our shop, chances are very high that Big Poppy had a hand in creating it!

Due to a car crash on Gilmer on Sunday, our phone lines are out of service for now.

This includes all electronic communication - voice, text, fax, and email.

Crews restored power to the shop this afternoon, but it may take a bit longer to get the phones up again.

Last night's storm knocked out our phone lines, so we have limited email access.

With all that's been going on around here, I only just realized something:

Eternity Creations turned 20 years old TODAY!

I could write a novel about all the ups and downs, successes and failures, celebrations and tears that we've gone through the years!

Howdy, y'all!

Now that school is out for the summer, it's time for us to focus on improving our showroom, as well as some of our systems and processes.

There are several major internal changes that will be made over summer, mostly dealing with material handling and storage inside our manufacturing emporium.

The BIGGEST and most important changes you'll see will focus on communication and (in may cases) shorter turnaround times.

Since these updates go right to the core of how orders are processed internally, much of the work will take us through the months of June and July.

Stay tuned as we work to put a new shine on the place, and while we get ready for our 20th anniversary celebration this October!

We have an immediate opening for a part-time or full-time sales / promotion position!

A well-qualified candidate will:
- Be very detail-oriented.
- Be able to accurately use a ruler to levels up to 1/32”.
- Have exceptional written and verbal English skills (including grammar and punctuation).
- Be punctual.
- Be able to work with multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Have a good ”eye” for designs, layouts, and colors.

Our hours are *typically* 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. There may be some times when we need to stay later, or when we’ll need to work on Saturday, but those times are the exception, rather than the rule.

Compensation will depend solely on the qualifications of the candidate; there is no “set” starting pay.

If you’re looking for a challenging, fast-moving place to use your skills, this might be the place for you!
