Please make sure to carry a water bottle with you, stay hydrated, and wear light-colored clothing when possible. These temperatures are no joke, so let’s take care of ourselves and each other out there. 💦👟

Tonight, we’re celebrating Pride Month with a colorful evening of miles and community with Balega International! We encourage everyone to wear their favorite color of the rainbow and join us for a fun run around the lake. 🌈✨

Last Wednesday was incredible! 🏃🌎💥

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at Fleet Feet Sugar Land for Global Running Day! The miles, the friendships, and the post-run party made for the perfect way to celebrate this amazing community and the sport we all love. Y’all showed up and brought the energy! ⚡️🩵

And a special shoutout to all of our awesome vendors and partners who helped make the evening so memorable. We couldn’t have done it without you! 🙌
