'Dig It' is a planting party and class about growing vegetables organically in containers. Host or Hostess gets to keep large sample container, while guest will get a 3 gallon container, soil and a plant. Topics covered in class are:Soil/Potting Mediums, Watering, Fertilizers, Container options, Plant/Veggie Selections , How to arrange/Plant your container garden, Insects and Sis-ease, Holistic Approach, Composting, tips for cooking with fresh herbs, tips on creating your own smudge sticks.

- Tips on how to water your containers
- How often your containers can be fertilized. Difference between organic and synthetic fertilizers.
- Which insects/diseases most common in your garden.
- How to treat (get rid of insects/diseases) organically

- Which herbs attract your pollinators like bees, butterflies and humming birds.
- Learn how to attract natural predators.
- How to make your own natural insect repellants using herbs

I supply all material.
Host keeps sample container 18” guest receive a 3 gallon pot, soil and a vegetable plant.

All for just $50 a person, 10 or more guest host will be free.
