NEW HOURS STARTING SUNDAY 6/6/2021

Hello everyone!
We are excited to announce that we will have new business operating hours starting this Sunday!

Sunday through Thursday, we will be open 1-am-7pm and Friday/Saturday, we will be open 11am-8pm!

UPDATE: All of our series x and series s systems have been allocated and we have no more available for purchase in store.

There will be a small number of Xbox series systems available for walk ins. We will post the number on the door at 830pm. We will open for limited access at 10am.

If anyone plans on being here for a long period of time, please wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines.

The pre-orders for the PlayStation 5 are sold out in stores and for the website. We apologize, but we do suggest to keep checking our website daily to see if more become available.

Unfortunately, we do not know when more will become available to pre-order in store or on the website and as of right now, we do not know if we will have extras on launch day.

However, you CAN still pre-order the games and possibly some of the accessories. We do highly recommend taking care of those pre-orders.

Hello everyone!

We are now open for guests to come inside! All we ask is that you wear a mask and if we hit our 10 person limit, to be patient with us while we help everyone out. We are also still using a temporary phone which now does not let us answer each time.
Currently, our hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 12pm-8pm and Sunday is 12pm-6pm

We ARE taking trades for store credit! We may not take some of the older gen stuff so if you’d like to know before you head in, feel free to check www.gamestop.com/trade

IGN gives The Last of Us 2 10/10!

We only have a few more preorders available for LOU2 before Friday! We will be open for you to pick up the game on Friday 6/19/2020 at 12pm! We can take trades (only for store credit) but you can put it towards LOU2 when you pick it up.

We just got confirmation that we will not get any extra copies of The Last of Us 2 when the game releases on 6/19/2020. So please, even if you think you might want to get it, preorder it! We don’t want to make you wait for what will probably be an amazing game.

Don’t forget we can only accept a GameStop giftcard or a credit card (that doesn’t say debit on it).

Hey everyone!
It’s been a little over a month but we are still open for delivery @ (our) door! Currently we are only accepting credit cards (that don’t say debit on them) or GameStop gift cards. We are not accepting cash, debit cards or trades.

What I would like to mention is that we are still taking preorders on all the awesome upcoming games like Last of Us 2, CyberPunk, and Paper Mario! Also a ton of pops! What I will stress is that with everything going on, we may only get exactly what is preordered and nothing more. With that being said, you can preorder at the store for anything you think you may want!

Also, if your Pro Card membership has expired, we can still renew those! If you have 15,000 points, we can renew the digital membership for free or the physical magazine membership for $4.99. You can 100% renew that at the door with us and we would be happy to help you.

Lastly, if you have a product replacement plan, we will do our best to get you a replacement as soon as possible whether it be something we have in stock, something another store can swap for you or ordering it online and have it shipped for you.

Like always, if you have any questions, please give us a call at the store! If we don’t answer right away, just give us a few minutes and try again as we may be helping another guest (the phone is our only way to assist you all) or our temporary phone is giving us problems.

We have a few headsets with an “open box.” They’re 10% off so if you want to snag a good headset for a few bucks cheaper...now is the time!

All you need to do is a curbside pick up. If you have a credit card (that does NOT say debit on it) or a Gamestop gift card, you can purchase it at the door. Just call the store when you get there and we can go over it on the phone with you!

Hello everyone!

We hope that everyone has been staying safe and healthy. I wanted to give everyone an update as to what has been going on!

As of tomorrow, April 14, we will be re-opening for curbside pickup and buy online, pick up at store only. Basically, you can buy online and opt to pick it up at our location, or, when you get to the door, call us and we can go over the transaction on the phone. You MUST have a credit card with a chip or a Gamestop gift card to do pay at the door. If you do not have a credit card, you may buy a digital gift card on the website but that can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours.

Our employees have gloves and masks and we will be taking every precaution in helping you as best we can. Since we have been closed for 3 weeks, please be patient with us while we take care of everything for you. We will also be calling anyone who has pre-ordered a game that has already come out to discuss what you want to do. Additionally, trades are still not being done, please keep that in mind.
