Ready for the farmers market this summer!!

Recipes below!!:

Blackberry & Brie Crisps
You’ll need: a wheel of Brie, blackberry pepper jelly, apricot, pistachio & brandy crisps & basil
• slice Brie into thin pieces
• chiffonade cut your basil (roll basil leaf long ways & slice into strips)
• lay out your crisps & place the Brie first
• dab a helping of blackberry pepper jelly on top of the Brie
• top your crisps with your basil

Honey & Lemon Whipped Ricotta Cookies
You’ll need: 15 oz whole milk ricotta, 1/4 cup honey, juice of half a lemon, lemon zest, meyer lemon cookies
• pour ricotta, honey, lemon juice & lemon zest into mixing bowl
• whisk till combined
• to pipe onto cookie: fill a ziplock bag with the whipped ricotta & cut a small hole in a bottom corner of the bag
• slowly pipe the whipped ricotta onto your cookies
• once ricotta is pipped, place more zest on top for garnish

The first Downtown Super Saturday of the summer is June 6th. We will be slinging Key Lime Daiquiris from 10 to 3 made from Yes Cocktail's Glittered Key Lime Sour Mixer. In addition to some fabulous cocktails, every customer to spend over $75 will receive a free gift! Come spend June 6th in Downtown Stuttgart!
