Close to 60 years selling t-shirts on the corner of Junction and Lazelle at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. She’s the reason we do it. Last night after she had went to bed, a young man in his 30’s stopped by and told me stories of him and his grandfather making trips every year to by shirts from her. They would even drive to Talladega to see her. His grandfather was his best friend and it meant the world to him that we were still here. Ten minutes later an older gentlemen walked up and had parked his simi truck at the exit and walked one mile carrying his little dog, just to buy shirts from us and check on grandmaw. I was left speechless but reassured as to why I do this for her each year. If your in town come see us on the Corner of Junction and Lazelle, we would love to see you.
