Concepts and ideas for THE MARKETPLACE are growing and organic at this point. We are truly open to ideas if it makes sense for the remaining space. MAIN FLOOR:
Our current neighborhood consists of Bliss, Lola May’s and Monticello. We are possibly looking for one medium to larger partner on the main floor. There is front window visibility availability depending on desired placement. UPPER MEZZANINE

Shear style, a salon, is opening soon in the back leaving prime space with high visibility for many possibilities. The aesthetics of our mezzanine, transport you to a different place and offers great natural lights and views of the main floor. LOWER GALLERY LEVEL:
Our lower level is truly a blank canvas right now. We have updated lighting with potential for more, new carpeting and all has been painted out to the same white used on the upper levels.
