Good morning everyone,

The shop opens this morning at 9am with additional mark downs on many items! I will be closing at 2pm today so I can pick up our new family member.

Tomorrow will be my final day open at the shop. I will be open from 9am to 4pm.

Thank you to everyone who has stopped by and supported me over the past month. I have found a studio space in town where I’ll be busy creating through the winter. Stay tuned, more information to follow.

Good evening everyone,

All good things must come to an end! This will be my final week at Yankee Wool Works but you haven’t seen the last of me yet. Stay tuned for more information to come. There is still plenty of great merchandise with some further mark downs. Saturday will be my last day as of now. I will keep everyone updated through the week. Hours are the same, 9am to 4pm. Don’t forget, all shelves and fixtures are also for sale. I hope to see you all this week even to just say thanks!

Good morning, the shop is closed until Tuesday. I also wanted to share with you a project that I stand with. Ms Kassal came into my shop the other day and we struck up a conversation in which she shared this initiative. In these trying times I feel people need to be heard. She is hoping to make this go world wide. She has participants from all over the country as well as other countries! Please take a moment to read STITCH-IN-TIMES and share. Good morning all,
The shop closing sale begins today. Everything is out of the stock room and is out on the floor. All sales will be final. No exchanges or returns. All fixtures are also for sale. If you have a gift card, please stop in and redeem for cash or merchandise. Also, if you purchased a gift card please check with the recipient for redemptions. Thank you for all of your support during the last three years and during my closing down.

Good evening everyone, the shop will be closed tomorrow 8/7 through Monday. I will be open on Tuesday 8/12 normal hours. We are taking the RV to Maine for potentially the last weekend of this summer.

On another note, after much consideration I have made the decision to close my shop for good. I wish I could personally thank everyone who stoped by, called, told friends and those who made it a regular stop. I have enjoyed the last few years and have met the best people many of whom I consider good friends. I have been doing well with my own designs and will be developing my brand even more. I will be posting soon on this new venture with information on products and where I’ll be. I am really looking forward to this new venture and will have more time to grow. In the meantime, my lease ends at the end of September but will most likely be closing the end of this month or just into September. I will be selling all of my inventory and fixtures starting Tuesday 8/12. Everything will be on sale with the exception of a few things. I have been told numerous times that my shop was what Sturbridge and surrounding towns needed and I couldn’t agree more. If you or anyone you know has ever dreamed of owning a business I am also open to selling the business in totality. I’m not looking to make a large profit but just cover my costs. Please understand that I won’t be answering questions about this on social media but feel free to call, text or email me personally and I will be happy to answer your questions. And yes, gnomes are included in the sale!
