A positive post on resiliency. 🥰

This girl. I am so beyond proud of her. The past 3 years have been quite a challenge. She spent two years in zoom school (like the rest of the world), then had one year of homeschooling to then realize that was not for us.

She released two much-loved grandparents to the other side of the veil and learned how to live with the presence of grief.

Then, as if that wasn’t enough, we moved from California to Arizona and left behind all things known to embrace the new. New school, new friends, and a whole new way of life. Last day of school came and she was honored for her achievements in math and history. She also made it into Junior National Honor Society. 🎉✨🎉✨🎉 She just crushed it!

I am blown away by the resiliency of the human spirit and the Spirit within the human. May we see our kids as resilient, brilliant……..limitless!

There are times in life when we feel absolutely stretched to our limits. For me, this would be one of those times. It’s so important to embrace moments of rest in between the activity.

Doing a little breathwork, bathing in Sacred Light and soaking up the frequencies of nature are so nurturing and just what this girl needed.

Am starting to see the light breaking at the end of the tunnel, but for now, know that I am holding the highest and best for each of us on this path of awakening.

A moment of stillness with the full moon this morning.

Lately it seems that life is more full than usual. School, work, and family life has been on full tilt. Grateful to my daily meditation practice to keep me somewhat sane and balanced through it all.
