Mother's Day gifts!
It only takes a small and tasteful gift to show your Mom how much you love her!
Mother's Day Truffle Menu
1/ Key Lime Truffle – We made a white chocolate key lime ganache and coated each hand-rolled truffle in dark chocolate. Each truffle is garnished with a sprinkle of crystallized sugar. If your Mom likes key lime pie, then this truffle is for her.
2/ Coconut Dark Chocolate Truffle - We made a dark chocolate ganache with our Piura Blanco dark chocolate and rolled each truffle in toasted coconut for a delicious crunchy outer shell.
3/ Lavender Milk Truffle – We made a lavender milk chocolate ganache using our Tumaco Lavender milk chocolate. Each truffle is coated in dark chocolate and garnished with a lavender bud.
4/ Peru Dark Chocolate Truffle – We made a delicious dark chocolate ganache with our specialty cacao from the Piura region of Peru. Each truffle is hand rolled in the Piura Blanco dark chocolate and garnished with cocoa powder.
*All truffles should be refrigerated for storage.
Truffles are $3.25 each + tax
