Wednesdays will officially be weekly wrap up where I tell you what I’ve been reading, give my ratings and a look into my next reads!
Last week was a huge week for me finishing 4 books in 7 days.
The heartstring duet by Liv Zander! Here’s a little bit about the duet.
A horrible rot has plagued the land for longer than most can remember. It takes crops, animals and people indiscriminately.
The work of the grave digger is ever easy but when you have a plague on your hands? It can make you wish for death!!
Elara, the daughter of the grave digger is given a proposition from a mysterious man. Marry the king, die by his hand and save the kingdom from the rot.
Will Elara save her family? The entire kingdom from a festering plague that has no end?
Snag this duet and find out why I gave it as many stars as possible!!
Next up is We used to live here by Marcus Kliewer
This thriller will grab you from the very beginning and throw you down a WILD ride that I couldn’t look away from reading this book in just over 4 hours.
Eve hears a ring at the door only to open it and find a family of 5. The husband claiming he used to live in the house and would love to show his family around.
15 minutes tops right? How can it hurt.
The family doesn’t care about time, or Eve or anything else but getting in.
Where did they come from? Will Eve and her partner get them out AND come out of this whole?
Read for yourself!!
The last read of the week was the much anticipated You did nothing wrong by CG Drew’s whom I’ve read all their books and LOVE!!
This was a 4 star read for me, after I give the synopsis I’ll explain why.
Teen mom Elodie meets a fun young man from the US that whisks her away to a new life. He’s fixing his family mansion for her and her son Jude. Both Elodie and her husband Bren have a family past. That comes out as Jude is terrified of the house trying to eat him! In the house haunted? Is newly pregnant Elodie hormonal and her mind slipping?
This thriller will leave you staring at the wall trying to figure out what happened and how to move on…
This book was a bit personal for me and it felt like I was looking at myself vs reading a fictional story.
