Scenes from our first of the series: young rippers (instructional kids mountain biking ride) and intro to trail riding! We’d love for you to join us on the first Monday of each month at West End Regional Park for a fantastic community event! This ride is free for everyone and is a wonderful opportunity for both kids and adults to learn how to become better trail riders! We really hope to see you at our next ride on Monday, July 6th. That’s why we’re on a quest to bring you the most legendary group rides in the area—because who wouldn’t want to pedal with friends and maybe even work off that extra slice of pizza? Check out our summer schedule of group rides! We can’t wait to see your cheerful face out there, so grab your bike & helmet and let’s hit the road!

Just a heads up, if you spot someone pedaling like they’re being chased by a bear, it’s probably just us trying to outrun the pizza we devoured last night!

A reflection on sharing greetings with everyone!
Had an incident on a group ride last week that inspired this post.
My view point:
It’s been shown that when we, as a human community, exchange friendly greetings, it really makes a difference for both the person receiving and the one giving the greeting. I truly believe in spreading kindness to others. Let’s come together and lift each other up by being kind and supportive!
