We are excited to share that Metalbird will be a new added line at The Stratton Parsonage. Each piece is beautifully crafted and whether you choose the Barnswallow, Great Horned Owl or Hummingbird, each piece will add a beautiful silhouette to choice location.

It’s a bit frosty here this morning at The Stratton Parsonage. The boyos from the town garage have been out since early morning addressing the roads and any issues along the way.
The shop will be open today but just a bit later. I’ll keep an eye out for shoppers and head over if needed. Planning a buying trip to PA next week!! Looking forward to bringing back a new inventory of home furnishings and much more.
Sue, Karen and I are focusing on Spring/Summer displays and believe me, we’ve got some good ideas!!!

The Stratton Parsonage is excited to offer a selection of custom, hand made wall art from the Windy City. Each piece offers forest to home accents in natural earth tones highlighted by three dimensional ash wood design. You can be sure that any selection you make will add a one of a kind look to your home!!
Also new to our display are two framed pieces created by local artist, Henry Bradford.
Stratton Trails features a view of Stratton Mountain with named ski trails and Stratton Village below. Bears on skies with a moose following along offers a bit of humor to the piece. Measurement is 29 x 40.
Snow Days setting features Main Street in downtown Dover, VT. Local youths are shown enjoying a snowboarding and ski event in the center of the street!! MT Snow is stand high and proud in the background. Measurement is 25 x 19

I’ve been asked whether The Parsonage would be open on New Years Day. We had not planned to be but now we’ve decided that we will. Hours will be 10-5. There is a sale section and of course much more to browse through. HAPPY NEW YEAR and if you happen by, come on in!!

When not in the shop…bake cookies..then…eat them!! I’ve watched about 6 Hallmark Count Down To Christmas TV movies (this weekend!) while on the mend of my ankle. After seeing unlimited gingerbread men, sugar cookies and bakery scenes in all episodes, I’d had enough. It was tough getting in the pantry with the knee rover…but…I succeeded! Here are my raisin molasses cookies. I WILL share them with Brent❤️ Thank you Betty Crocker!!
