Our Eid selection this year features something new and something old, but all super delicious!
What most of us tend to want at Iftar (after a glass of water!) is a hot cup of tea or coffee. We took inspiration from that for this years flavors and created a Tea vs Coffee lovers selection :)
The Chai set includes:
Spiced Chai, Baklava and a silky smooth passion fruit caramel
And the Coffee set includes:
Espresso, Lotus Biscoff ganache, and a mango marshmallow paired with a tangy chili lime ganache

The first thing most people ask me is 'who is Seemi?' So I thought today would be the perfect day to introduce you all to her - my amazing mom, Seema :)
Seemi was her nickname and I wanted to make her a part of my story as much as I could, and I could think of no better way than to name it after her. Afterall, she is the one who always dreamt big, never took no for an answer and always believed that anything was possible.
She would be so proud to see how far I've come in 3 short years, and she would beam from end to end hearing all your amazing feedback and words of encouragement. I think of her at every step and a lot of her shows in how I do things.
Every mother is a superwoman in their own right and here's a shoutout to all moms who go above and beyond to nurture, love, heal and yes, show some much needed tough love, to help us get where we are :)

It's been a wild month - but to say it was anything less than amazing would be an understatement. Received our largest order ever, and before even thinking of how we'd get it done in 3 weeks, said yes and then got down to trying to pull it off.
And we did! About 500lbs of chocolate later, we've arrived to shipping day. This is just a portion of it - there's about twice as many that were already packed before I thought of making the vid :)

This nut brittle is so delicious on it's own - toasted pistachios and walnuts - but even better as a praline paste paired with a honey ganache with a hint of orange blossom and a dash of Maldon sea salt, finished with a crispy layer of feuilletine in a milk chocolate shell.

Salam to all! First, thank you for being here and reading this! We appreciate you taking the time to visit our small place on the Internet! :) A techie programmer by trade, and an all around foodie by choice! I have been interested in cooking, baking and decorating for as long as I can remember. Some of my fondest memories growing up are of time spent with my mom while she prepared food for large gatherings at our place. Over time I became her official taster and eventually starting helping her in cooking. Experimenting in my own kitchen, I started baking from boxed mixes, but felt like I was “cheating,” and then started following simple recipes. Encouraged by friends and family alike, I started cooking and baking for get togethers and such. The passion grew and here we are! As it is, Ramadan is a special time for all of us and it’s a month we all look forward to all year. We are always looking to make the month even more special and this is how Ramadan Delights came about. I wanted to create special treats for friends and family and for all of you to share with your friends and family during the special month. I pride myself on using high quality ingredients, making everything from scratch and making sure you’re getting the best I am able to create.
