Salam to all! First, thank you for being here and reading this! We appreciate you taking the time to visit our small place on the Internet! :) A techie programmer by trade, and an all around foodie by choice! I have been interested in cooking, baking and decorating for as long as I can remember. Some of my fondest memories growing up are of time spent with my mom while she prepared food for large gatherings at our place. Over time I became her official taster and eventually starting helping her in cooking. Experimenting in my own kitchen, I started baking from boxed mixes, but felt like I was “cheating,” and then started following simple recipes. Encouraged by friends and family alike, I started cooking and baking for get togethers and such. The passion grew and here we are! As it is, Ramadan is a special time for all of us and it’s a month we all look forward to all year. We are always looking to make the month even more special and this is how Ramadan Delights came about. I wanted to create special treats for friends and family and for all of you to share with your friends and family during the special month. I pride myself on using high quality ingredients, making everything from scratch and making sure you’re getting the best I am able to create.
