Today LaDawn and I celebrate our fortieth wedding anniversary. Alaska Summer will close today at 4pm. We are blessed to have our sons, daughters-in-law, grandkids, and friends with us at the farm this weekend. That it's going to be warm and sunny is also a plus. As always we are appreciative of everyone who stops by to enjoy our flowers. Peonies are a source of joy. We enthusiastically support all local peony growers and are happy to recommend them if we cannot provide what a customer is looking for. Enjoy.

Lots going on at the farm today: picking peonies, soccer, visiting friends and family, filleting fish, golf, and hiking our half mile walking and snowshoeing trail. Beginning tomorrow, our Sunday hours are 10 am to 4 pm.
