There’s something really beautiful about creating a life you don’t need a vacation from.
This little flower farm has given me early mornings, dirty hands, endless photos of blooms, and the privilege of designing for some of life’s biggest celebrations. Every wedding, every bouquet, and every seed planted reminds me why I took the leap.
Maybe that’s what “kinda chic” really is—not perfection, but building a life that feels like your own.

Nestled among towering trees, our outdoor ceremony space has the timeless charm of a quaint countryside chapel—without ever leaving nature. We are currently installing this raised panel wall to create a space that feels peaceful, intimate and wonderfully secluded, yet is only steps away from where your guests will enter as they cross the covered bridge. My camera roll is full of what’s blooming because every morning the field looks a little different. One more flower opens, another reaches its peak, and I can’t help but stop for “just one more photo.”

These blooms won’t last forever, but they might end up in a bridal bouquet, on your dinner table, or brightening someone’s day.

Our very first wedding was for my niece and it was beautiful. Even "magical" as one guest described it. But wow have things changed. Every stem has a story. 🌸

These are some of the blooms growing here in August through early fall and finding their way into the weddings I design this season.

There’s something incredibly special about watching a flower go from seed… to bloom… to becoming part of one of the most meaningful days in someone’s life.

That’s why I love growing many of the flowers I design with. They bring a sense of seasonality, movement, and intention that simply can’t be replicated.
