We would like to clarify a concern regarding a recent frozen delivery photo shared online.
At the time of delivery, staff members were inside the store processing another shipment. The frozen products shown were transferred into proper storage shortly afterward and remained within safe frozen conditions throughout handling.
All products were checked upon receipt, and there was no compromise to product quality or food safety.
We take food handling and storage standards very seriously and appreciate the continued support of our customers and community.
