Queen City Music Studios Community Jams, Workshops, Rehearsal Space, House Concerts & Music School offering lessons and group classes for all ages, styles, and levels of music.

Visit our new SHOP at 16 W Beverley St, Staunton VA. Queen City Music Studios is a school of music for learning by ear, and also offers traditional instruction. We facilitate private lessons, and group lessons for all ages as well as ear training and aural music theory. Group music making endeavors are available such as harmony singing workshops, secular choral singing groups, jamming workshops, a

nd other collaborative classes. Our studios are located at 16 W. Beverley Street, Staunton VA, and we offer lessons both in-person and online with Zoom.

AUGUST: We're so grateful for the opportunity to partner with the SDDA to offer outdoor music for SummerFest on Saturday, August 22!! Come check out The Loya Bros., June Baby Duo, and QCMS Students & Teachers!

Lessons are still in full swing and picking up as students are coming back from summer vacation and Mama Lorie is holding down the fort at The Shop this week while Molly + Brian take their summer vacation. Here's a look at what we've got coming up this week:

Big thanks to our friends and extended family for facilitating Community Music Gatherings at The Studio!! We had a nice group for the Monday Night Old Time Jam this week, and have two more gatherings this weekend:

💃 Ladies' Song Circle Jam at QCMS: August on Saturday 8/8 from 11am-1pm hosted by Dianne Adrian Byrer

🕺2nd Sunday Bluegrass Jam at QCMS: Hosted by TJ Crow on Sunday 8/9 from 2-5pm hosted by TJ Crow

Both are open to the public for participants and audience members, so join us when you can!!
