Sweet Potato Pie with Praline Topping:

1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked
1 lbs sweet potatoes cooked & peeled
1/4 cup of butter
1 14oz can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1tsp orange zest
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp vanilla
1tsp nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs

Beat hot sweet potatoes with butter until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except crust;mix. Bake for 40 mins on 350•

Praline Topping
1 1/2 cups pecans
3 tablespoons Honey
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter

Melt in skillet and coat pecans. Spoon over finished pie and broil for a few minutes until bubbly. Serve with Cool-whip.
