R***r was adopted in 2012 from the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office Animal Services in Sarasota, Florida. As a pit bull, R***r began a difficult journey of being misjudged and rejected. At only ten months old, he had already been returned to the pound after just a couple months. His former family kept him in a cage for 12 hours a day and was upset that he was too hyper for them. in and her husband visited the local animal shelter and instantly fell in love with R***r. HIs sweet, lovable personality was evident despite the claims that he was too much to handle. With training, love, and attention, R***r has grown into an amazing dog with a unique and quirky personality. Always getting into trouble, R***r will make you laugh though you can never stay mad at this pup for too long. R***r Tails was inspired by this silly pound dog and aims to break the stereotype of pit bulls by showcasing their lovable nature and temperament.
