Part-Time Watehouse Employee
Location: Crystal City (warehouse) + onsite locations all over St Louis and surrounding areas
Job Type: Part-Time
Position Overview:
Seated STL, a premier wedding and event rental company, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Warehouse Employee to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our inventory is in pristine condition and ready for delivery to our valued clients. This position has the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Washing dishes and sanitizing inventory items
• Polishing flatware and glassware to ensure a high-quality presentation
• Pulling and preparing orders for events
• Delivering, setting up, and retrieving orders from event locations
• Occasionally driving a cargo van or small box truck to transport items
• Assembling products as needed based on operational requirements
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, including proper storage of materials
• Collaborate with owner and other team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines
• Following safety and sanitary protocols
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service (preferably within the wedding industry, but not necessary)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Availability to use own car for small delivery/retrieval orders
• Comfortable driving cargo vans or small box trucks when needed (training can be provided)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude
• Some weekend availability
Hours & Compensation:
• Hours: Currently flexible schedule of 10–15 hours per week, with the potential to expand into more hours per week and eventually a full-time position
• Pay: Negotiable and based on experience
