The lettered edition of this georgeous signed first edition will be available at gildedlegacybooks.com summer of 2024.

The book will feature a goat skin spine, and the boards will be covered with sustainabe handmade Lokta paper. The paper is made out of fibers from the bark of the Daphne bush found across the foothills of the Himalayas. The plant is cut down near the ground, the bark is harvested, and the plant regenerates in about six to eight years.

Lokta paper is known for its durability and resistance to tearing, humidity, insects and mildew. Once produced, lokta paper can last for several millennia.

The plant also sprouts georgeos flowers making it both useful and beautiful at the same time. The paper covering this book has got to be one of the coolest features about this volume.

Scarfed down this book over the Thanksgiving weekend. It was so engrossing it couldn't put it down. There is a reason this book has been on the NY Times Best Sellers list for Non Fiction for the last 16 weeks and currently sits at #2 as of December 2023. He also wrote Killers of the Flower Moon and Lost City of Z which I need to dig into.

Visited the most amazing independent bookstore in New Orleans this weekend. Owner is very knowledgeable about all types of genres and different publishers. They have new books, used books, signed books and rare books. Anything you are looking for, they might have it. If you’re in the area - check them out. 

Great coffee shop around the corner to relax in and get some work done as well.
