I paint in an expressive, abstract style—fusing bold color, symbolic forms, like the horses that inspire me, my art lives in the space between chaos and control.

Interested in your own fancy snaps like mine?? I’ve been rocking these awesome snake snaps for awhile. I’ve made a move to sell them on my website and share these awesome snake snaps with you guys. It’s a fun little detail to add to your tack set up.

There’s two types, flat rein, and trigger snap style. Both are 5/8”

Available Original!

Fence Work is a 9×12 original—watercolor and acrylic ink on paper. It’s loose, warm, gritty, and full of the kind of movement that happens when the work gets tight and everyone has a job to do.

There is only one original, and it is available now for $400.

View it and purchase here: https://taraheckmanart.store/

Once it’s claimed, it’s gone.
