SATURDAY THE 3RD WILL BE OUR LAST DAY
Several have asked me why we are shutting down. There are several reasons. So I'll try and explain this the best I can.
I'll start with September 9th of 2021. On that day the FDA banned ALL v**e juices except to***co flavors and menthol. But only if these were without any additional flavors added, no fruits, candy's, or dessert. Any manufacturer that wanted to stay in business swapped over to synthetic ni****ne, the FDA did not have the authority to regulate that at that time. Congress gave them the authority to regulate that on May 14 2022, as well as any ni****ne no matter what it was derived from.
I had to make a decision to renew my lease or not by the end of May.
Looking at this from a business standpoint I could not take that chance of having to pay a monthly lease for 2 more years and very possibly not being able to have a product I could sell besides a to***co flavor and maybe not even that. The FDA is in the process of banning menthol ci******es now, so that's probably not going to be available in the v**e form either. The pictures in this post are from the FDA's site I took today. FDA has been trying to shut this Industry down since 2016. Appears they will this time. All you have to do is follow the money, aka big to***co companies buying off the state and government politicians. No surprise there. Goggle 2022 FDA Pmta approved products to see the approval dates I could not get in the pictures.
Will for sure miss a lot of my customers, lots have shopped with me for many years.
