Filz Built Bicycles would like to congratulate all of our guys who raced stop #2 of the DH Southeast Series on Sunday at Massanutten Resort ! Everyone rode hard and had a lot of fun on their Intense Cycles USA, Inc. bikes.

Pro Racer Ian Norris came out on top of a stacked pro field aboard his Intense M29. Ian posted the fastest time of the day by over 2 seconds with a 3:02.10 !

Filzbuilt Bicycles would like to Congratulate our racers on a great job at the 2018 USA Cycling National Championships held at the Infamous Snowshoe Resort this past week!

Located deep in the hills of WV, Snowshoe is one of the Mid Atlantics iconic mtn bike destinations. They offer great trails, altitude, and various weather patterns and rough conditions that test even the elite racers skill.

We are very excited to present the 50-54 USAC National DH National Champion Phillip Downell ! This guy is one super fast guy and his nickname of Chill Phil tells you the rest of his story. 🇺🇸🏅🔥🤘

Taylor Angleberger who raced in Cat 1 Dual Slalom with a 3rd place finish in tough conditions and barely off the top spot with a sold 2nd place in the Cat 2 DH 30-39 race. Conditions were not ideal but he gave his all as he always does.

Pro Racer Ian Norris of Glenville Pa. survived his National Championships with a 26th place finish in the DH race. Ian had a crash last year at Nationals that held him out of the finals, so this was a big step forward in his young racing career.

Filzbuilt Bicycles would like to congratulate Ian Norris on his 2nd place finish at Massanutten this past weekend !

Ian finished with a rear flat tire aboard his Intense Cycles M16 in a stacked field of over 25 pro racers. He is a full time college student who is working his way through Penn St. University in pursuit of a Mechanical Engineering degree. He holds down a part time job while also training on his bikes everyday. We are very proud to have him on our team and excited to see what his future brings.

To All My Friends, Family and Customers Thank you for the Love and care you have shown me over the years. Last Friday I had a Heart attack , up to that point in my life I thought I was invincible and did not care for myself like I should have . Please don't be invincible , take care of your health. most of us don't like to think about it until something like this happens . Don't be that person get yourself checked and become in tune with what your body tells you if not for you do it for the people that love and care for you . I realize now that our life yours, mine and everyone is a Great Gift and to lose it for as something simple like not listening to your body and not taking care of it is not fair to all of who love us . I LOVE YOU ALL !!!!
