Our next Sourdough 101 Workshop is coming up quick! It will be on Thursday, May 28 at 6:30pm!

In this class we will teach you:
-how to feed and maintain a starter, plus go home with a starter of your own!
-how to mix, shape, and score artisan sourdough dough
-the science behind it all
-hands on practice mixing a loaf to bake at home
